Hue is a city in Vietnam that has a tropical monsoon climate, where the dry season is from March to August, and rainy season from August to January. Hue is a wonderful city for tourists to secure travel plans. The cuisine of Hue is the core of Central Vietnamese cuisine; however, a huge variance is the distinction of vegetarianism in the city.
There is a bunch of entirely vegetarian restaurants that are sprinkled throughout the city. These restaurants serve the local people who hold onto the strong tradition of eating vegetarian foods twice a month, as is a reflection of their Buddhist beliefs. Running adjacent to the Perfume River are countless other monuments which include the tombs of quite a few emperors, among them Minh Mạng, Khai Dịnh, and Tu Duc. Another renowned landmark is the Thien Mu Pagoda that happens to be the largest pagoda in Hue and the official icon of the city.
A vast array of French-style buildings is positioned along the south bank of the Perfume River. The Hue Royal Antiquities Museum houses an assemblage of numerous relics from the city. Hue is proud of its numerous of lovely parks and gardens that draw visitors in from all over the world. The most prominent within the Hue Parks and Gardens are Bach Ma National Park and Dong Hoi – Phong Nha National Park.
