Guides' Reviews
As a Dutch art historian and director of the company, Private Art Tours, I have found the tour referral site Private-Guides.com well worth the regular fee per 100 clicks. My success rate per click has been well above 25% as opposed to under 4% for other paid per referral tour sites.
1. Texts, Photographs, Videos
Guides can publish an UNLIMITED number of their tours, photographs, and promotional articles on the website for FREE!
Guides are entirety responsible for all the materials they publish (texts, photographs, routes, videos).
Guides are allowed to publish only original text and photographs. Otherwise, the website administration reserves the right to remove content without prior notice.
The minimum amount of text (guide description or tour description) is 1000 characters.
It is prohibited to include any contact information in the texts, photographs, and videos. This kind of content will be removed without warning.
2. Payment options
Guides have the ability to choose a payment option:
2.1 Commission-Based Payment
Commission-based payment is charged from the guide once the guide confirms mutual agreement.
- 10% commission, when paid by the guide.
All correspondence between the guide and the tourist occurs exclusively through the website and without disclosing contact information until the commission is paid.
Contact details are revealed immediately after commission payment.
The minimum commission is $20 (provided the tour cost is up to $200 inclusive).
If an order is not fulfilled, the paid commission is refunded to the guide's account on Private-Guides.com and can be used for future orders.
2.2 Prepaid Requests
Prepaid requests are a package of inquiries purchased in advance by the guide in bulk.

Deduction of a request occurs only AFTER the guide responds to the tourist.

* Upon purchasing this type of advertising, rotation occurs among all who have acquired this spot
** When advertising is purchased for a year, a 1% commission reduction takes place.
3. NOTE!
In the event of the termination of collaboration between Private-Guides.com and a guide, all information about the guide and their tours will not be removed from the website.
It is important for the guide to consider that the quality and quantity of inquiries from potential clients significantly depend on the attractiveness and informativeness of tour descriptions, as well as the presence of photographs and positive reviews!
