We invite you to discover Armenia during an unforgettable one-week trip, visiting some of the most fascinating and iconic places in the country. Armenia is a land of ancient civilizations, medieval monasteries, breathtaking mountain landscapes, millenary traditions, and a gastronomy full of flavors.

Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a private Spanish-speaking guide who will help you discover not only the monuments and tourist sites, but also the stories, legends, and traditions that form part of the Armenian identity.

Day 1 — Yerevan

We will start by discovering Yerevan, one of the oldest cities in the world. We will visit Republic Square, Northern Avenue, the Opera Theatre, the Cascade Complex, and other iconic places of the capital. We will also have time to stroll through its streets, enjoy its cafes, and experience the city atmosphere.

Day 2 — Garni and Geghard

We will visit the impressive Garni Temple, a unique Greco-Roman monument set in a spectacular natural environment. We will continue toward the Geghard Monastery, partially carved into the rock and surrounded by mountains. The landscape of the Azat River gorge will make this day especially memorable.

Day 3 — Echmiadzin

We will visit Echmiadzin, one of the main spiritual centers of Armenia. We will explore the Echmiadzin Cathedral and other historical monuments in the area, as well as churches such as Saint Hripsime Church. It will be an opportunity to learn more about the religious history and traditions of the Armenian people.

Day 4 — Khor Virap, Areni, and Noravank

We will head toward the south of the country. At Khor Virap Monastery, we will enjoy one of the most famous views of Mount Ararat. Then, we will continue to Areni, a region famous for its vineyards and winemaking tradition. Finally, we will visit the spectacular Noravank Monastery, built among red cliffs.

Day 5 — Lake Sevan and Dilijan

We will discover magnificent Lake Sevan, one of Armenia's great natural treasures, and visit the Sevanavank Monastery, located next to the lake. We will continue toward Dilijan, surrounded by forests and known for its nature and peaceful environment.

Day 6 — Gyumri

We will visit Gyumri, a city with a unique personality, famous for its historic black stone buildings, art, culture, and architecture. We will walk through the historic center and discover some of its most iconic sites.

Day 7 — Haghartsin and return to Yerevan

We will end our journey by visiting the beautiful Haghartsin Monastery, nestled in the middle of the Tavush forests. It will be a day to enjoy nature, medieval architecture, and green landscapes before returning to Yerevan.

Throughout the trip, we will also have the opportunity to discover Armenian gastronomy, try traditional products, learn about local wine production, and enjoy the hospitality of the people.
