Hvar is a wonderful place to explore; probably that’s why private guides in Hvar are always in demand. Usually we begin our guided tours in Hvar with a nice ride along one of the oldest roads of the island, which connects its two most important towns – Hvar (it has the same name, as the island) and Stari Grad. The island itself is very beautiful, all covered with century-age forests, so you will definitely enjoy the ride.

Our first stop is the famous tourist attraction – Stari Grad. Literally it means “an old town”, and it is really very old. It believed that it was founded in the 4th century BC by the Greeks. At that time it had a different name – Pharos. It still bears signs of Greek architecture, which make this place very attractive for travelers from all over the world. After the Stari Grad we will proceed to the area, protected by UNESCO – Hora, and its famous vineyards. Make sure you have your camera with you, because you will see wonderful scenery!
