I am passionate social entrepreneur and marketer with a solid background in online marketing and business development. At an early age I had the fortune to go on a month-long trip in Brazil, where I immersed myself in various tropical landscapes, Rio’s inner local lifestyle, and got to know the poorest people living in the favelas, which triggered a passion for learning and discovering what the world has to offer.

Hence I decided to move to the UK, where I went on studying Marketing and International Business at the London Metropolitan University. While studying, I started exploring my entrepreneurial ideas and successfully launched my first business, an online travel portal. After selling the business, I decided to join the corporate environment and started working in the advertising department of Expedia. In 2011, I could no longer restrain my passion for travel, curiosity for life and excitement for the unknown and I decided to leave my position at Expedia to go travelling all over South East Asia.

Visiting remote communities and learning from different cultures around the world lead me into a natural path to keep exploring the world, enjoying a tailor-made lifestyle whilst also leaving a social impact along the way. This resulted in the co-foundation of Inspired Escapes, in which I currently works as a Marketing Director.
