Ghana is a great place to explore, and you will need at least several days to get the general impression of this exotic African country.  That’s why we have worked out a couple of lengthy tours, which last from 5-10 days. This itinerary includes some of the most popular sites and places of interest in Ghana, and gives you the best opportunity to get in touch with the authentic Ghanaian culture, feel the subtle atmosphere and learn something new about the past and current life of the Ghanaian people.  

The tour lasts for 13 days, and each of the days is carefully planned and has something interesting for you. At first we will visit the famous Aburi Botanical Gardens, where you will have a great opportunity to rest from the noisy city life and enjoy the beauty of a virgin nature untouched by humans. Any private guide in Ghana would definitely advice you to visit a national park in Ghana (there are several of them), because it will give you a unique opportunity to see such wild animals as the elephants, water bucks, antelopes, monkeys, baboons and others in their natural environment.

This private tour of Ghana also includes visiting the Akosombo Dam, which is considered to be the largest manmade dam. At the end we will have a little guided tour in Accra, the capital of Ghana. We will explore the narrow wandering streets of Accra beginning from the Independence square.
