Day 1 Airport - Marrakech (Marrakesh Menara Airport). We pick you up at the airport and transfer you to a charming riad. From there, just 5 minutes walking, you may visit the puzzling Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, renowned meeting point in Marrakech with a unique atmosphere: snakes enchanters, dancers, story tellers, seers... We take a walk around the square and have dinner in one of its numerous typical Moroccan food stalls. We spend the night in the riad.

Day 2 Marrakech – Essaouira Along the trip to Essaouira we admire the huge argan tree plantations, which fruit is very appreciated for its nutritional and cosmetic properties. In olden days called Mogador, the City of the Winds, Essaouria is a fortified city full of poetry and art. We can take a walk around the Medina or the Sqala de la Kasbah. We may also contemplate the harbour bathed in light and the seagulls that hover heralding the arrival of the fishing boats or taste grilled fish in any of the restaurants of the area. Some of the celebrities that have claimed falling in love with Essaouria include Orson Welles, Jimi Hendrix (who, seemingly, drew inspiration from the city to compose Castles Made of Sand ), Cat Stevens, Frank Zappa and Leonard Cohen... If you wish to, you may visit the village of Diabat. The Gnawa Music Festival of Essaouira is held in June. Essaouira beaches are well suited for water sports. We have dinner and spend the night in a riad.

Day 3 Essaouira - Agadir - Sidi Ifni We start a long journey that takes us to Agadir. Throughout the trip we discover numerous lookout spots over the Atlantic. We make a stop at the modern city of Agadir and visit the ruins of the Kasbah. Later, we resume our circuit and head to Tiznit, a city especially renowned for its silversmiths. We visit the old medina, of great cultural interest, the great mosque in Mali architectural style... We take a coastal road to Sidi Ifni. The city, former Spanish enclave, is very interesting for its idiosyncrasy and its colonial architecture. We have dinner and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 4 Sidi Ifni Sidi Ifni offers one of the greatest pleasures of the travel: we get to meet its inhabitants, we eat fresh fish, we take a walk around Spain Square and the adjacent streets... we recover a Spain from the 1950s that shows itself with confidence in its cafes and bars. From Sidi Ifni we may walk on foot through the sand, if tides allow it, to Legzira Beach, a lone bay totally wild. Pius Pujades in its Memories from Ifni, writes that Sidi Ifni beaches, in spite of their great beauty, are not really suitable for bathing due to the swell coming from the littoral platform, but this has a compensation in the privileged climate, with mild sunny winters and cool summers thanks to the lingering westernly winds. We have dinner and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 5 Sidi Ifni - Tafrout We leave Sidi Ifni and head to the Anti Atlas. On the way, we visit the city of Tafraoute, renowned for its almond trees, the argan oil and the manufacturing of leather slippers. In Ameln, near Tafrout, we will have the opportunity to walk and enjoy a wonderful valley. We have dinner and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 6 Tafrout - Taliouine - Ouarzazate We head out to Ouarzazate and pass by several Berber villages. We contemplate the saffron crops in Taliouine, city where we make a stop to have lunch. Later on, we visit the city and the famous Kasbat Glaoui (Kasbah of Tifoultoute). We resume the journey to Ouarzazate, where we have dinner and spend the night in a riad. 

Day 7 :Ouarzazate - Ait Benhaddou - Marrakech The journey starts with a visit to the Kasbahs of Ait Ben Haddou (Ksar of Ait-Ben-Haddou) and Tamdaght. Then we head out to Marrakech crossing the mountain pass of Tizi n'Tichka, where we admire a magnificent landscape that offers a wonderful contrast of colours. We spend the night in a riad in Marrakech. 

Day 8 . Marrakevh Transfer to the airport and end of travel
