Starting hungry - after a very light breakfast in the hotel really does not make one happy...

However it is only an hour's drive to the Biggest Heap of Bricks in the World - meaning the Malbork Castle - where happiness returns. It is not only a tour of the Castle which is one of 13 Poland's UNESCO sites.

It is also a culinary heaven. And this is created by Bogdan Galazka - Chef - who himlsef is a separate story. Being a graduate of one of America's most prestigeous Culinary Academy, he loves sharing his joy of cooking with the world. He cooked for many - among the others all the Ambassadors during the Polish European Union Presidency, and also for the Norwegian Royalty during the visit of HRH King of Norway.

Being an expert in composing the tastes - he takes the opportunity to reconstruct the medieval recepies. This of course perfectly matches with the medieval entourage of the Castle. Altogether the tour of the splendid brick construction combined with a gorgeous feast will be a perfect and a tasty memory.
