We were two couples that had the pleasure of having Anna Ong as our guide in Singapore 22 November 2019. Anna is a very ambitious and flexibel guide that will do anything to accomodate your desires with a guided tour in Singapore. Her great knowledge of everything from arcitecture, including etnic culture, food,to the history of Singapore was impressive. Anna also has great knowledge of the botanic wolrd of Singapore. All in all, if you want a personalized tour from a proffesionial guide with a charming humor, Anna is the person for you.

Anna was wonderful! Enthusiastic and passionate about her country, she really took the time to understand what we wanted to get out of the tour and went above and beyond to deliver. We only had a day to visit Singapore, and she ensured our time was packed full of amazing things. She handled rainy weather like a pro, instantly adjusting plans to ensure we didn't lose time. Will absolutely use again!

My tour guide, Mei who we got through Anna Ing was fantastic. I found Anna on this website, and she planned my 4 days in Singapore. She was unable to give the tour, so Mei did it. She even spent an extra hour. I asked to see the side of Singapore not normally seen, and I saw that. I saw several kinds of temples, Chinatown, Little India, the public housing application building, different eras of public housing, wet markets, and ate all sorts of foreign food. A highlight was getting my fortune told by a Chinese fortune teller, and finding my own fortune in a temple. I highly recommend Anna and Mei and will certainly use them if I am lucky enough to come back to Singapore!

Anna did a great job setting up our day tour. When we initially contacted her she sent us an email asking our preferences. Unfortunately, Anna had another commitment on the day we wanted the tour. She asked us if we would be OK with another guide she knew. We accepted and were toured by Yee Mai who was fantastic. Anna set up a cooking class with Cookery Magic which was fabulous. Anna called when we first got to our hotel and gave us information on places to eat and go the first day which was a very nice gesture.

6 ladies with 8 hour layover in Singapore had an amazing day with ANNA ONG who showed us so much in a short time leaving us with a desire to return for more!!!.We were collected and returned to the airport , taken to wonderful food venues, gardens, cruise and given a wealth of information. We heartily recommend Anna and cant wait to return !!!

Had a one day tour with Anna. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. I have elder people and kids in the tour and they enjoyed every single moments with her. We have attraction tours with local delicacies along the way.... Highly recommended !

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Singapore with you. You were responsive to our wishes and made the day informative and fun. It was a great start to our getting to know Singapore and her colorful history. From explaining the subway to knowing which signature dishes to order, our experience was wonderful and taylor made for us!

Anna is an excellent guide with an excellent sense of humor
and very good relations with all the parties related to her group.

Overall a very nice time with Anna over the 2 days we had with her in Singapore on March 1 and March 2 of 2014. The positives were her energy and Coordination of Vans for our group of 8. We needed a larger Van for the Disembarkation on March 2 with all our luggage and a separate van to take 4 of us to the Airport later the same day. No Problems here. She purchased tickets for the Flyer in Advance and we enjoyed most stops Greatly! I wish we spent more time in the Arab Section for shopping some, but I should have spoken up here. The areas of improvement on this tour was the Laser show was not worth the time or effort for us as well as too much walking through the upscale mall by the Marina Sands. We have similar in the states. The other issue I had was that a cooler of chilled water should be available in the van for us. We had 7 days of tours in Vietnam and Bangkok and Always had this for us. Singapore is the warmest of all! We did enjoy eating at the Arab Hawker Market and should of sampled a bit more. All in all a Very Good Experience Though....

Prior to our arrival I looked at a few guides in Singapore but decided on Anna as she had one of the best feedback's that I could find.

The feedback is all true and well deserved. I was traveling with my grandparents which limited our walking distance and required frequent rests. Anna was able to accommodate all our requirements and still showed us a lot of Singapore while also keeping me interested!

Anna was able to help with everything, from trying to accommodate food preferences to even helping us carry our bags after a purchase. Anna is genuinely passionate in what she does and it shows. Her wealth of knowledge about Singapore history and its character seems immeasurable and something you just would not get exploring Singapore on your own.

I would highly recommend Anna to any person looking for a guide in Singapore.

Just came back from Singapore! We were there over New Year's and had a great time. We were luck to have an excellent tour guide. Anna spoke good English and was very knowledgeable about the city of Singapore and it's history and people. She cater the tours to suite are needs. I would have no hesitation to recommend her - make sure you book her early as she gets booked up pretty quickly.

I had a stop-over in Singaproe for 23h and decided to get Anna as private guide for 12h to prevent me from running in circles and stand in line with hundreds of other tourist starring at the same spot while reading/handling some paper pocket guide. Anna showed me Singapore in a way, which was totally different, from what I have expierenced before while visiting foreign cities. She managedto give me a cross sectional cut of the city with hundreds of different impressions. Anna knows so much of the her city. She is able to tell always a little storry with background information to each corner we passed. Hearing and seeing a city like that was fantastic and unforgettable. It is also a totally different way to get to know a city. For me it was more than just a city tour it was a way to get to know the way of live of the singapore-people with everything which belongs to it. And for sure, Anna is an absolute expert when it comes to food tasting. She knows so much about all these different things, which you can find on a Singapore market place and by saying, everything can nothing must we tried our way through to things I didn´t even know that they are exsiting. So all in all, covering seightseeing attractions, supplying background information to almost each corner of the city covered in little storries (makes it more easy to remember), showing the way of live of the singapore-people and giving a food-tour through the cuisine of that region, I can only say: Thank you so much for a great time in singapore!!! This is absolutly great and recommendable. This is far away from standard tourist tours, where you always have the opinion, all they want is your money. Anna is doing her job with so much enthusiasm, love, fun and joy and profesionality that I can really say, I you want to see the real singapore, book Anna and she will offer you a tour, which you can modify anytime just the way you like or what ever might happen during the tour.

I have been on quite a few tours in different parts of the world and this one was definitely the best short tour ever! Anna was wonderfully enthusiastic about her country and this got to be very contagious.
I was eating, seeing things, eating, learning the good, the bad and the ugly of Singapore history, eating, laughing, shopping and eating. She answered all my boring questions on the region, economy and politics; while still showing the wife the sites, shopping and must see attractions.
All in a day! It was awesome.
We now have a completely different view of Singapore and encourage everyone to leave the airport and have a tour with Anna.

• I made it back to Egypt on Thursday 9 June, after a wonderful trip in Singapore.

• I can’t thank you enough for your kind hospitality, your knowledge, your interesting stories, your endless information about the culture and of course trying the different local food.

• The Wet Market was a great experience. The Buddah Temple, Hokian temple, the China town heritage museum, the Peranikan museum (this was the highlight of my trip, thank you for suggesting it) and Haw Par Villa, Chinese garden..all were great to visit.

• I have learned a lot with you and I highly recommend you as a private guide for anyone who wants to go to Singapore and who wants to learn more than the regular touristic stuff. You have added a lot to my knowledge at the different temples, museums and my favorite China town.

• I loved everything in Singapore, the people, the clean streets, the high buildings, the food and all kind of souvenirs.

• I am now sharing all my photos with everybody I know and hope they all get to see your wonderful country.

Anna was very helpful in planning and executing our tour, with limited information she was able to select a number of things to do and places to go to showcase Singapore in a short time. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at the end of the day after midnight. She is most knowledgeable in all aspects of Singapore including local practices, history, religion, architecture and geography. Our tour was for two separate days and we visited all the main landmarks as well as areas of the city that a tourist would not know existed, we sampled local cuisine and mixed with locals to sample the night life. Anna ensured we paid the correct amounts or less for everything we tried and made our short stays most enjoyable, cramming as much as possible into a short time.
Anna treated us like close friends and really looked after us. The whole trip was without a doubt the most pleasurable way to explore Singapore and we are ever there again we shall be trying to use her services her again
