Our first plan was to go to Bastogne, but the museums were closed. We opted to go to Ghent and Brugge instead. It was an excellent experience, with Mike being helpful all the way. The ride was very comfortable, not a dull moment with him. I would again hire him when I return to Brussels in the future.

Michael, I wanted to thank you more publicly for the four days you toured us around Belgium. First, it was such a pleasure to get to know you as the fun, professional you are. Every day, every visit, every stop you crafted for us was wonderful. You were so careful to question exactly what we wanted to do and see and you were always more than willing to cut, expand or adjust plans as our objectives changed.

My family really enjoyed being with you, seeing all the sites you showed us and learning the wonderful history and culture of Belgium. Thank you very much!

We have not gone on our tour yet, but Michale has been absolutely wonderful to deal with, patient and a class act while booking with him. We so look forward to meeting him and seeing Belguim in May!

Michael was an excellent guide, but, more importunely, was a pleasure to be around. iIn addition to being extremely knowledgeable, he was extremely flexible. In his words " no problems , only solutions". Highly recommend.

Michael picked us up at our hotel in Bruges. He first asked about anything we might have missed seeing in Bruges before we headed to Ghent. Michael drove us to see the windmills that I had missed seeing and then on to a great little tour of Damme. We then drove on to Ghent, and Michael gave us a great walking tour of a beautiful, and much larger city. His knowledge and great personality made the tour even better than we had expected. Michael then drove us on to Brussels and to our next hotel. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone that wants a comprehensive and informative tour with a great guide. Thank you Michael!

Marco about guide from Brussels

This was our 2nd multi day trip with Michael and he continues to surprise us with additional visits between the places we wanted to visit. The little towns in Germany he took us too really helped make our trip great. We enjoyed his company and interesting conversations. He is very patient and works to keep his clients happy. We look forward to our next journal with him and have adopted him as our uncle. Thanks Michael!!!

Thank you Mike for taking my clients on a wonderful took of Bruges. They felt so fortunate you would meet them at their cruise ship, so right away the history lesson on Bruges began, and they did not have to worry about getting from the port to town. They loved spending their time with someone so well informed and so personable.

Michael my wife and I would like to give you a big "THANK YOU", for everything you did for us. You did everything and more of what we asked you to. Their is no way we could have seen so much and learned so much from you than we did. Your knowledge of your country was incredible and we learned so much about the country my grandfather's country where my uncle and aunts came from. I am so happy that you included the small country roads and stayed away from major highways and into the small towns while we continued our tour of castles. We now wished we did not opt for a river cruise before hand and just had spent our time with you instead. I had hoped you were not busy in July when we return with our daughter but I am not surprised you were booked out so we will put Normandy out for another trip in the future. We will continue to recommend you to all our friends planning their trips next year. Your are truly our friend and hope the best for you.

My colleague and I had a wonderful time touring Ghent, Damme, and Brugge with "Magic Mike." Actually, Damme was his suggestion, and we're glad we went there too. He knows all of the best places, stories and history, made sure we got the best views and photos, and dropped us off at the best places to wait for us while we explored! He is just an enjoyable person to spend time with. Good driver and nice car too. We would definitely book him again.

Michael was an excellent guide. And very dedicated to help. He went way beyond to ensure we were able to do a very aggressive schedule and see what we wanted to. He chose an excellent restaurant for dinner, and a lovely Chateaux for our overnight. Highly, highly recommend his services. Excellent driver, comfortable ride, spoke english and french well, and timely.

Dear Mike,
Two years ago you took my husband, Bob, and me to look for the area where my father was killed in WWII. I'm just now completing the account of that journey and I want to send you a copy. You might find it interesting., especially information I have recently learned that spurred me to finish this.
Please send me you mailing address and I will get it in the mail to you.
You were a terrific guide and I so appreciate your expertise.
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Most sincerely,
Carolyn Scott

Mike was informative, accommodating, and had a wonderful sense of humor. My family and I ( ages 3-70) visited all the sights, museums, memorials, and Luxembourg American Cemetery ( the things that were most important to us) in our Battle of the Bulge Tour.
It was a wonderful, historic WW11 experience.
Thank you, Mike!

Your Guide, Michael, was amazing. I usually prefer to do private tours so I can say that Michael compares very favorably to my prior experiences. He was timely and courteous. He was very flexible with my many last minute changes to our itinerary for the day. He always made sure that it was "my tour" and whatever I wanted to do was fine. It was a great day and I am so very pleased that I chose Michael and your company for my travels to Holland.

I would not hesitate to recommend Michael. Great!

The Fontaine family about guide from Brussels

Mike was fantastic! Had the best day ever! He suggested an earlier start time in order to get us to westvleteren early enough. Excellent knowledge of Belgium, Bruges, and made our visit just what we wanted. Very relaxed and flexible, made sure we did everything we wanted to do and more! Even made a pit stop for us to pick up a souvenir for a family member back home. Highly recommend this wonderful, kind man!! Really enjoyed spending the day with him:)

Michael was everything we could wish for! We had a fair amount of email exchanges prior to our arrival, and his responses were always done in a timely manner. He spent the majority of his career as a hotel concierge and as such was completely familiar with Belgium and Luxembourg. We were a party of three, one arriving earlier by air than the other two. Michael met us each at the airport and gave us separate Brussels city overview tours on the way to our hotel. For the next four days he was waiting for us each morning and we spent the full day (sometimes as long as 12 hours) together seeing Ghent, Bruges, Antwerp, Waterloo and many other locations. At his suggestion we also included an overnight in Luxembourg City for which he booked our hotel right on the central square. His car was spacious and very comfortable for our long rides. He had us all laughing at his wry sense of humor but also was full of answers to our many, many questions. We let him decide our itinerary each day with a slight bit of input from us. Since none of us had been in Belgium or Luxembourg before we were more than willing to let him take the lead. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent guide who went out of his way to accommodate us. We had heard that the Graffiti Street was a sight to behold while we were in Ghent. Although Mike had not heard of this street before, he helped us find it, allowing us to take some amazing photos. Never made us feel rushed even though we stop (very often) to take photos.

Having Mike as our guide made our trip the best it could possibly be. Having him drive us from Brussles to Amsterdam was one of my favorite trips ever. If we had booked the train we would have missed our cruise because of a train strike that week. Mike is very knowledgeable and spending time with him greatly increased our enjoyment of our trip

EXCELENT!
That is the only word that we know to describe the experience that we had with Michael! He took us on a grand tour of Belgium, north and south; The Netherlands, Luxembourg and parts of Germany.
He picked us up in Amsterdam and we spent the day touring through some small towns all the way to Brussels. Day 2 we toured Brussels and up through to Antwerpen. Day 3 Bruges and Gent, the two churches where the Nazis had taken artifacts during the war that were returned by the "Monuments Men" were beautiful. Day 4 We went through some small towns and to the Bastogne Museum and other Battlefield sites and monuments, with a late arrival in Luxembourg and a great dinner and lovely hotel. Day 5 we toured Luxembourg and the old medieval center of the city (started in 961 AD). We went to the Luxembourg American Cemetery where General Patton and about 4,000 other Americans are interred. After visiting some other villages we went on to Clervaux which was heavily damaged during the Battle of the Bulge. We continued to the site of the Malmedy massacre where 87 American POW's were murdered by the Nazis. We then retired to another beautiful hotel and wonderful dinner. Day 5 started in Monschau with a craft market where we found some beautiful handmade glass items we could not live without (we also saw the craftsmen making glass items). We continued down the hill to a wonderful little cafe (one of MANY on the tour) and had some cappuccino and wonderful pastries. From there we visited remnants of the Siegfried Line (fortifications built by the Germans at the start of WWII). Then we went to the Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery where many thousands of American GI's is interred. The cemeteries we visited are very thought provoking. We then returned to Brussels to our hotel where we had a fond and sad farewell to our new friend Michael.
He made all of our hotel reservations and guided us on the Journey of a Lifetime! We can never thank Michael enough for the experience that he gave us. His prices are extremely reasonable for the great value we received.

We recently returned from a one-week vacation in Brussels. One of the highlights of our trip was the two days we spent touring Normandy with Michael Eyns. In one of the initial emails we received from Michael he said that the Normandy trip would be an “unforgettable journey”. And it certainly was that! He met us at our Brussels hotel at 7:30am and we set out for France in his Mercedes. During the 550km drive to the first location in Caen, Michael shared with us much of his knowledge of both Belgium and Normandy. We savored our lunch at the Pegasus Bridge Café and we thoroughly enjoyed each stop we made along the coast of France on our first day with Michael. Some of the other stops on the first day were the German bunker at Caen (General Richter’s Headquarters), Sword, Juno and Gold Beaches, and Arromanches. Michael had booked our overnight lodging at the most wonderful bed and breakfast near Omaha Beach. Le Chateau Saint Pierre, a former castle, is now a stunning inn where we had beautiful rooms and a delicious breakfast of tasty breads, cheeses and coffee. On day two with Michael, the highlight of our tour was our visit to the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial. The Visitor Center was a fantastic tribute to those who sacrificed their lives, and was exceptionally informative for all of us. We continued our tour to Omaha Beach, Utah Beach and Pointe du Hoc. Along the way Michael stopped at numerous other statues, monuments, and memorials, as well as multiple sites of German defenses and bunkers. At no time did Michael rush us along any of our stops, in fact we did not return to our Brussels hotel until midnight on our second day even though he had thought we would be back by 9:00pm. Michael was a wonderful driver and private tour guide; I do not know how we could have experienced so much of Normandy without him. We thank him for sharing his knowledge with us and we highly recommend his services to anyone travelling in and around Brussels.

Mike guided us to Flanders Fields and Waterloo. My wife had some physical limitations and Mike was very understanding and helpful. He is a font of knowledge. The WW1 sites are somewhat spread out and, over time of course, are greatly altered. He did a very good job of giving us the highlights. Waterloo blew me away. I had just read a book on the battle and seeing the sights with his guiding hand was a real treat. I have to admit when he pulled in a side road and had me climb up a small bluff to stand where Napoleon sat on his horse and watched the battle was a real rush.

I had a wonderful tour with Michael through Belgium, Luxemburg and the Netherlands. Michael has a lot of patience and is very knowledgeable and accommodating. I toured Brussels, Antwerp, Gent, Brugges, and the battle sites of Waterloo, Flanders Field, and Bastogne in Belgium. Michael also took me to Delft, der Hague, Amsterdam and many other places in the Netherlands. We spent an entire day in Keukenhof and saw acres of tulips and other flowers. It was an amazing journey and I saw and learned so much. Michael has a very comfortable car and is an excellent driver. I highly recommend his services.

I love this guy. Seriously, one of the best - if not THE best - tour guides I've ever contracted. All I requested was a pickup in Bruges, a tour of Ypres and Flanders Fields, then a drop off in Ghent. What I got was soooo much more. It's like ordering a cheeseburger and being served filet mignon - that's the feeling you get when you put yourself in Michael's hands. He drove me to Damme and explained not just when and how the canals were built but why. He took me BACK to Bruges and gave me the history of the town and why it was important. I had already spent a day there but looked at it in a whole new light because of Michael. We visited the Tyne Cot cemetery where he gave me some space (it was unexpectedly profound and moving, so I was grateful to be alone at that moment) then took me to the Passchendale museum so I could learn more about the battle, its circumstances and its horrible cost. He took me to a lovely restaurant in Ypres and helped recommend traditional Flemish dishes (beef Flemish stew - oh yeah) and when he heard I loved beer he got excited to take me to Westvleteren, sadly however it was closed on the day of our tour. As we wandered around Ypres he told the story of how the whole city was bombed to rubble but they rebuilt it exactly as it was - you'd never know. And he pointed out a number of statues that survived the war and were put back in their original niches. He took me to the private museum and preserved trenches of Hill 62 where we wandered and pondered. Never, at any time, did I feel rushed. I figured we'd be done at five sharp but at 7:00 we were just pulling into Ghent and he insisted on touring me around, even though I told him emphatically he had already exceeded every expectation. Thanks to him I didn't just see St. Bavo cathedral but walked down into the crypt to see the remains of the church that was there before the cathedral was built. Maybe I'm nuts but he seemed to enjoy the trip as much as I did! He was a very safe driver and a brilliant conversationalist. He knew so much about the history of the area (he even gave me lesson about Belgian cows) I came away with a far more intimate understanding of Belgium than I ever could have learned on my own. Michael is such good company (he even got my sense of humor, which I appreciated) and I was so sad when the day ended. I hope he never retires. They just don't get any better. Michael - every time I have a Belgian beer I will lift a glass to you. Thank you for a fantastic day.

Whenever my husband and I travel to a new European city, we book a private tour with a local, English speaking guide. We find it's the best way to get acquainted with the city, learn about it's history and culture and often make a new friend from a different part of the world. And boy, are we thankful we found Michael Eyns for our visit to Brussels! He was so knowledgeable on the city - took us all over Brussels by car and by foot for six hours. Sharing information about major city highlights down to the church where he was once an altar boy, and the school he attended as a child. We shared lunch together (our treat) and he taught us about traditional Belgian dishes and popular beers. We had such a great day getting to know our new friend Michael in the beautiful city of Brussels. Before he left, Michael walked us down a small alley to Théatre Royal De Toone. A special marionette theatre that's been in Brussels since 1830 - he helped us gather information about a show happening that same evening - essentially making our evening plans (which we loved!).

So not only is Michael a knowledgeable, professional and fun tour guide, he is extremely kind and genuinely has an invested interest in the experience he provides to his patrons. Michael's tour and introduction to Brussels gave us a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will forever be grateful to him for. Highly recommend his tour!

Mike was punctual. He picked us up in Amsterdam and drove us to Brussels. I thought he would take us on to The Hague but we took another route. We stopped at a tourist recreated settlement when I thought we would stop in small towns however he took us on scenic roads which gave us an overview of the countryside. There was a lot of driving and not so much walking which we prefer to do in towns ... we like to explore. He was knowledgeable and interesting although we would have preferred less driving and more walking.

If you need a guide in Belgium or contingent areas of adjoining countries, you can do no better than Michael Eyns. Hello,

Michael was an excellent guide and host. We hired him for 3 days and gave him a long list of places and sites (WWI and WWII) we wanted to visit. To my surprise he brought us to most of the sites and some other ones (ie Lochnagar mine crater). Very knowledgeable and family enjoyed him too. Definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Thank you! We had a great trip

Mike was the BEST! We had a group of 3 couples and spent three very wonderful and informative days in Belgium with Mike. He never had a set schedule unless we set it up and was very flexible in changing plans at the last minute. He gave us a perspective about Belgium that we could never have gotten on our own. My husband and I spent a wonderful week touring Belguim and Luxembourg with Mike. We were able to experience Belgium in a way I never anticipated. Mike was able to provide unique details and history about each place we went. He also allowed us to tailor the day to provide us with the maximum enjoyment. Mike allowed us to wander by ourselves when we just wanted to explore certain areas as well as be a constant companion, guide, and translator when we wanted. He was punctual, professional and a delight to be around. We would most definitely use his services again.

Mike met us exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful, responding to our questions and queries patiently and in excellent English.
He was also extremely flexible in taking us where we wanted to go and those things to see. Ours was not a normal Waterloo battlefield tour. We saw Ligny, Quatre Bras, Plancenoit, Papelotte and lastly the Mont St Jean ridge before being taken to our hotel.
I am looking forward to using his services again if possible.

Michael is the best of the best when it come to guides. He loves what he does and shows great passion for his job. I don't believe Michael thinks he is really working. Being a guide just comes so natural to him. We booked him for two days. He could not stop guiding us around. He would say " you have to see this, I have to take you here" he links all the sites together. He also explains what you are looking at, to a normal person its a statue or monument but he explains what it represents or the reason/history why it's there. He speaks may language's so there are no problems there. We drove over 400 miles with him all over Belgium; however, it seemed like a short drive across town. The conversation were very rich with passion and knowledge. Do not think about another guide. Once you have made your way to this page book Michael, you will not be disappointed.

We had a splendid three days with Mike during our cruise in Northern Europe. We met him in Brugges, Antwerp, and Rotterdam, and he took us all over Belgium, and the Netherlands. Really loved seeing Ypres (WWI battlefields - including some great German trenches). Waterloo was pretty neat too - we got to see Napoleon and Wellington having a nice glass of wine.

Mike knew exactly where to go to see the most famous sites, both in the country and in the cities (Antwerp, Bruges, Brussels). Always friendly and knowledgeable.

Do yourself a favor and hire a LOCAL guide. And get out of the city to see the rural areas.

Belgian frites are superior to other frites. The oil is different, and the cooking process gives you the most amazing crispy-crunchy sweet full flavor. Thank you Mike!

We just spent 3 fabulous days with Mike (long but fabulous). He definitely picks up very quickly on the things you like. Didn't take him long to know what my husband and I would want to take pictures of. We did one day to Ghent and Brugge, another day to visit WWII area (near St Vith). This was of particular interest to my husband, as his dad served and was wounded there. He even showed us an area of foxholes that I am sure most locals don't even know about. Last day was Brussels and Antwerp. Great to have a guide who is native to Brussels. He even tells about remembering when The Atomium was being built when he was a child. I cannot say enough good things. He does not shuffle you into stores where you feel obligated to purchase. You will not regret any time spent with him. After 3 days, he feels like family.

Thank you for the incredible tour of Brugge, Ghent and Daam. The cities are amazing in their history and architecture. The canal ride in Bruges along tree-lined canal bordered by evocative buildings without a lot of car traffic was charming and opened our eyes to life in Brugge. The view from St. Michael's bridge to allowed us to see the famous Gent towers all at once: St. Nicholas' Church, the Belfry, St. Bavo's Cathederal, the Gothic St. Michael's Church, and the former Dominican monastery 'Het Pand.' You have the ability to get to know each client and individualize the tours to make them special for each person. It’s a phenomenal trait to have.

Dear Michael,

We truly appreciated your expert guidance and relaxed driving and all the information and history you provided as we went along. Midori was very happy with thew whole trip, and particularly impressed of how highly "civilized" and educated Belgian society is. Belgium may not be the most beautiful place in the world, but certainly one to be admired and respected. You and your family should feel quite fortunate for living in such a great little country.

Thank you again for all you have done for us and let's hope that our paths will cross again in the future.

Hi. All worked out very well; thank you for all you did. Your recommendation that we hire a driver and selection of Michael must have been inspired. We enjoyed all of our time together. Michael was very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He learned new places and more background. We went to places he had not been to previously but I am sure that he would include now if someone made a similar request for a tour. Some days, we spent twelve hours on the road because we were enjoying what we were doing-at least,Michael and I were and Robyn tolerated us. Michael takes others on tours all through Europe; if someone contacts you about going someplace in Europe and a personal guide would be appropriate, he would be great. Thank you making this trip possible and successful. It was great. Thank you.

An excursion is very good. Mike knows his work well. He is able to interest tourists. We visited Ypres, Veurne, Dixmuide. Most I liked Veurne. Practically all of its cultural values of this small town are located on the Town Hall square. The Town Hall square is surprisingly beautiful and impressive, also with modern cars parked on its territory, and cafés, and we, tourists admiring its houses and churches. It's very quiet and calm in Veurne. Very interesting program of the tour. Thank you

It is known that there are a lot of wonderful buildings, monuments, sights in Brussels. I got added evidence due to Mike. Mike perfectly arranged the program so that we were not able to lose any second of our precious time and see everything. The Grand Place is wonderful, as well as all in Brussels. It seems that The Place is interlaced from the white Belgian lace. In general there are a lot of interesting sculptures and monuments in the city. There are official, amusing (like a girl), and romantic sculptures. I liked the city very much, with all of its advantages and disadvantages.

I liked Ghent very much. It's unusual Belgium city with its peculiar atmosphere. Mike showed us the St. Baafskathedraal in all its beauty. It was so wonderful! The St. Baafskathedraal made so tremendous impression upon me because of its interior. Luxurious decoration, tombs, sculptures, stained-glass windows, pictures, portraits, fretted oak cathedra, Ghent altar. Among all of the cathedrals I ever seen this one, perhaps, the most majestic.

We found Mike in the internet and was very very lucky! Thank you for the excursions you planned for us! We knew so many interesting facts, that we couldn't even imagine! We had the most interesting routs. We were not only in Brussels but also in Antwerp and Bruges. They are very beautiful and picturesque cities! If all guides were like you, all tours would become pleasure! Thank you, Mike!

Now I am sure that Bruges is beautiful, impressive and very interesting! Our private guide Mike showed us and told us so many interesting and fascinating stories!
The Chapel of the Holy Blood is not flaring with its decoration, it's austere, romanic, ascetic. But at the same time it's so magnetic! It was very interesting to see the Holy Blood with my own eyes and I'm very grateful to Mike for this opportunity.

Thank you Mike that you do what you do! Wonderful excursion in Ghent!
the St. Baafskathedraal - stupendous cathedral! The Cathedral is majesctic and imposing! There are things in the Cathedral which are worth seeing - bright stained-glass windows, giving a cathedral a fantastic look, and tombs of bishop and of some noble townspeople and numerous sculptures and pictures of flemish masters. Oh...so many impressions!!! Thaank you Mike!

If you are going to Belgium, you really must hire Mike as your guide.
My Husband and I used his services on two occasions and gained a much clearer understanding of the Belgium people, both past and present.
His introspective and informative tour of Brussels gave us the confidence to later explore the city on our own with a newly-found confidence and familiarity.
His tour of the surrounding countryside and medieval cities was a special treat. It gave us a taste of the past that fueled our appetite for more--so many wonderful sights,so little time!
We will return!
Thank you Mike.

Mike you are very professional guide! you do so useful work! We are tourists, we even don't realise what would we do without You! You planned our excursion in Luxembourg so carefully! you took into account all our wishes and we don't regret that used your services.

Now I want to say that Luxembourg, possibly, does not use such mad popularity for tourists, as nearby France or Germany, but it has the unique charm. Just look at the inscription on the wall: a national motto can be seen everywhere - "Mir welle bleiwe wat mir sin" - "We want to remain the same, what we are".
We will visit Luxembourg once again. To wander on the forests, take a walk round the lakes, visit the castles.

Mike, your work is excellent.

Surprising city! Mike you are the best! Such informative excursion, includes so many interesting! I fell in love with this city, where modern buildings are replaced by rococo, with the fanciful decorations of walls and cornices. We visited Sint Jacobskerk, Vleeshuis, were in Grote Markt, Groenplaats and also in other very interesting and enthralling places! Excursion is wonderful!

I liked the tour very much, the program had been informative and interesting. I liked Waterloo. Mike's work is good. This tour is not the first for me, but I never met such interesting guide. I want to travell with him once again.
In general, the impressions from the excursion in Waterloo are good, it is a very interesting place. The Panorama, the Wellington Museum, "Le Caillou" farm - everything is very interesting and you feel like you are in that 1815. Magnificent.

Within the old city there are most sights of Brussels. In general, an old city is a museum under the sky, with the enormous exposition of Art Nouveau. And Mike showed it to us. Mike is very polite, gallant, clever, witty. Very pleased to communicate with him.

Magnificent Royal Palace! On the left, Park du Bruxelles joins to the palace, with its white-marble statues. So beautiful. The cathedral of Saints Michael and Gudule is surprisingly beautiful. But it is a pity that the cathedral is literally clutched among wretched modern buildings.

In the end - Brussels is the city which everybody should to see

Antwerp is a surprising city. All of Belgian cities are surprisings. But Antwerp imprinted itself on my soul. Mike led us on its streets, showing with love every house, every sculpture, every cathedral. I liked very much the Steen castle. The castle is picturesque. There are the statue of giant and little men are looking at him - they are the heroes of fairy-tales of Grimm.
In general Antwerp will remain forever in my heart.

I just wanted to provide some excellent feedback on our Waterloo tour guide Michael Eyns from Belgium. We spent a day with Michael last week visiting the key sites around Waterloo. He also took us for lunch to a fantastic historic farm restaurant and a medieval castle. We were travelling with our 2 sons (ages 11 & 5) and Michael made the whole experience enjoyable for them as well as us. He is friendly, knowledgable and made sure that we saw the key sites in the area. I have a much greater appreciation for the Battle of Waterloo as a result, and my sons will no doubt remember their day with Michael when they study Napoleon in school. Kudos to him and also glad to know about your site as we travel a lot and use private guides frequently. Best, John

Luxemburg is so beautiful, conciliative and unusual, that any word comparisons and descriptions will be banal. you look at sunset and think, with what words to describe it? So once we relaxed and enjoyed a city. Especially as because we were guided by wonderful, clever, competent guide Mike! He produced Luxembourg in its ancient form and it was so nice and peaceful. Thank you Mike!

We used Mike's services when we were at Brudes to know this beautiful city more. And what can I say - age-old narrow streets, where the spirit of antiquity, high fortress walls, charming beauty of mighty towers, reflected in waters of ditches, clatter of horse hoofs, lakes with white swans... Bruges as the ancient city, keeps the legend. It has such an atmosphere! that I just can't describe! Thank you Mike very much. Your excursion in Bruges is excellent!

The "Instruments Museum" is in a little comfortable building in style of Art Nouveau. Magnificent building! Thank you Mike, that you offer an excursion in this museum. We liked the excursion. Four floors of museum are filled with musical instruments from all over the world. Here are dulcimers, accordions and bagpipes of various sizes. Very interesting museum and very enthralling excursion.

We are already experts in the field of tourism. For years we visit different countries. It's always interesting. But unfortunately very often we ran into unprofessional approach. So .. we were surprised when we met very clever and competent and erudite guide - Mike. Mike was able not only to answer our questions but also to interest us so that we wanted to visit Belgium again and again. Thank you.

In whole it's necessary to estimate this route very positively. Such estimation is determined by two factors.

First is beauty and history of castles of Belgium that we visited and their environs. They are wonderful and I will remember them forever.

Second is our guide Mike. His profound knowledges of history of Belgian castles, brilliant capabilities to give them to the tourists favoured our good mood during all the tour.

Thank you, Mike.

I know Belgium - thanks to our guide Mike! He is pleasant to listen, correct speech, without superfluous emotions, excellent knowledges. He showed something in Belgium, energetic and carefree, which is contagious and causes a desire to live and to enjoy life!
