I found out that Jack provided excellent service and decided to give him a try. He responded to my emails quickly and assured me that during my four day stay in Beijing he would make the most of it. Now that I'm back home, all I can say that Jack went above and beyond our groups expectations. We were a group of 5 and Jack made sure he accommodated to everyone of our needs.

I cannot pledge enough on how enjoyable he made our trip. He is very fluent in English and knows much about the Chinese history and culture and attempts to answer every question we threw his way. Jack always arrived early to our hotel and made the most of the time we had with him. I honestly cannot think of going back to Beijing without him accompanying us again.

China is a great country, with very ancient history. I didn't want to leave. Thank you Jack Won - rest was very good! All was well organized, no problems. Clean and asleep Europe now doesn't attract me anymore. I know that necessarily will come back to Beijing, because this city so enormous, so many places so that we don't simply have time to visit them.
