Eger is a very old city. We will visit the famous Turkish Minaret, which reminds us of the temporary Turkish occupation of Hungary, the Basilica of Eger, which happens to be one of the biggest churches in Hungary, and the medieval fortress. We will take a walk through the charming Baroque town center. Of course, we can taste the famous Eger wine.

Another stop can be the town of Tokaj, after which one of the most famous Hungarian wines is named. Recently, Tokaj was labeled as a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will have a unique opportunity to visit some wine cellars and learn a lot of interesting things about the process of producing wine. It is a famous tourist attraction, probably due to the popularity of the Hungarian sweet dessert-wine, Tokaji.
