 Hello, my name is Zel ! Born and raised in Australia, I’ve been living in Jerusalem for over 18 years, making it my true homeland and raising my children in this beautiful and ancient city. Being originally a professional in health sciences, I’ve shifted my career onto horticulture, which led me into working at the Jerusalem Botanical Garden for over a decade. And the more I was learning about the city and Israel in general, the more I wanted to show other people and visitors its beauty and lots of interesting things that it has. 

Working as an Israel private tour guide lets me explore the country and learn many things that I ultimately show to my customers. I prefer doing custom tours that combine both educational and recreational aspects. Individual travelers, couples, families and small groups are very welcome! I always try to find a new approach to my tours and avoid the beaten tracks that most guides tend to follow. Israel is such a lovely country, and Jerusalem is such a fascinating city that it’s simply impossible to fit them within strict programs without leaving a lot of interesting things behind. That’s why I encourage customers to share their interests with me and tell what they would like to see the most.
