Dear my customers

I was born and brought up in Seoul. After graduating from university, I started my career at a credit card company. Managing international transactions and contracts for about 7 years, I met and communicated many persons from VISA and MasterCard International.

And I moved to customer satisfaction field and, for 10 years, experienced related jobs such as customer satisfaction quality, contact center and complaint prevention. Customer satisfaction was one of the important factor at a financial company and difficult to ahieve. But delaing with various issues, I met various kinds of people and satisfied them. So I came to know how to spot and satisfy customer's needs..

I love travel with my family and traveld around Korea on almost evey holidays. I thought it was wonderful to exprience Korea with friends from abroad and share the joy with them. So I decided to start my 2nd career as a tour guide. After I quit the previous job 2 years ago, I began to work as an assistant guide and got the official tour guide license last year.

I'd like to show my customers not only famous destinations but also hidden treasures in Korea, so that I can share unforgettable memory with customers.
