Curepipe is a town in Mauritius and is an interesting place to arrange vacation plans.  This town is an island nation off southeast coast of the continent of Africa.  The name translates to “Cleaning the Pipe.” 

Because of its high elevation, it is cool and rainy in terms of climate.  There is an assortment of restaurants that offer terrific menu selections, a variety of shopping centers, and craft stores where finding just the right souvenir is simple.  Curepipe has a diamond process industry, textile factories, and jewelry companies to boast about.  The historic town hall is named Hotel de Ville and this edifice was transported in 1903 to Curepipe.  Beforehand, it had been situated in Moka.  Curepipe Botanical Gardens is appealing to visitors.  This Garden includes a lake, river, and the world's most uncommon palm tree, a sample of Hyophorbe Amari caulis. This tree is one of a kind as there are no others.  Trou aux Cerfs crater is a place of interest.  This crater is an inactive volcano; however, specialists in this field believe that it could become active at any point in time over the next thousand years.

Trou aux Cerfs is solely reachable by descending a steep embankment that is very treacherous.  Sediment and water have blocked the crater, making it even less accessible.
