Gouda is unique! It is a cozy small city with a very pleasant medieval atmosphere.

According to your interests and available time, we can make a 3 to 5 hour tour. Gouda is small so all the mentionned attractions are within walking distance.

Famous for its cheese that is worldwide known (and copied!) we visit a cheese shop (or cheese market) and the cheese museum (to explore how cheese is made).

Even not being interested in stained glass, the stained glass windows in the Saint Jan church will astonish you!

The pittoresque gothic city hall in the middle of the market square is a real Dutch Highlight.

The Gouda candles are famous. The candle weighing house looks like it has been there for ages and it still sells original stearine candles. The owner shows you how candles are made.

The former Agnieten chapel houses now a beautiful museum with a fine collection of altarpieces 16th C, military objects 17th C, paintings 19th C and Gouda ceramics (known as plateel) from the 20th C.
