About this Tour Corregidor is an historic island not far from Manila Bay. The tadpole shaped island is in the province of Bataan. Also called "the rock" it served as a fortress of Manila Bay during World War II. There are huge canons and guns used by american soldiers during WWII, with ruins and barracks to see during your visit.

There is also a lighthouse which you can climb up and have a look over the whole island. Last stop is the Malinta tunnel, where they display a spectacular light and sound show re-telling the fall of corregidor. Apart from the war relics and history, Corregidor Island features many beautiful beaches and wilderness areas.
