That is why they built magnificent palaces and designed world famous gardens in the suburbs of St. Petersburg. We are going to visit world famous garden of fountains Peterhof, spend there nice relaxing time enjoying the fountains, then we will have lunch in the suburbs and drive to other residense of the tsars, Pavlovsk. Pavlovsk is the ORIGINAL palace of the end of the 18th century, it fully preserved the atmosphere of the past but it NEVER has crowds! So you will have a chance to enjoy art and history without standing in a line.
