Private tour to the Hermitage museum

We will visit one of the biggest art museums of the world. Starting from former residence of Russian Royal family Winter palace where you will see Throne hall, Ball room we will continue with Renaissance art like Da Vinci, Rafael, Michelangelo. We won't miss a great collection of Rembrandts paintings.

I will meet you at the hotel anytime from 10am to 2pm which is situated near the Hermitage or we can meet near the Hermitage at an appointed place. We will walk to the Hermitage museum. If your hotel is far from the museum we can take a taxi. On Wednesday and Friday we can start the tour later at 5pm as the museum is opened till 9pm.

If you wish we can continue the tour. After a short refreshing walk to the General Staff Building to see Impressionists we can take a cup of coffee and discuss everyday life in Russia, history, anything that you have interest in. I can help you to organize "on your own" part of tour giving you useful tips of a local.

If you are not a lover of Impressionists or Post-Impressionists I still advise you to get acquainted with the collection of Claude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Paul Gauguin, Paul Cézanne, Vincent van Gogh, Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse but if you insist we can substitute it with a visit to the most Russian church of our city famous Church of on Spilled blood :)

The Hermitage is closed on Monday.

On arrival you $15 per person is to be paid for admissions to the Hermitage. They are not included into the tour cost.
