Customer's Opinions about guide from Iguassu Falls, Brazil

Edir was our guide for 2 days, going to both the Brazil and Argentinian sides of the falls. He is a very helpful, knowledgeable guide who was a pleasure to be with. I had an injured knee with reduced mobility but he went out of his way at every turn to assist me. I thoroughly recommend Edir as an excellent guide.

We scheduled a two day private tour with Edir for our trip to Iguassu Falls. Edir did a great job catering to what we wanted to see and do while at the Falls. We were able to bi-pass all the long lines to enter the National Park and get around the large tour groups. His English is great and he is very informative regarding the entire area and the Park. Even with a few last minute changes due to weather, he was able to pack in as much as possible for us to see on our short trip. I honestly don't know how we would have experienced Iguassu had it not been for the coordination and guidance from Edir. He made our trip great! Thanks again!

My wife and I along with two friends had a most wonderful visit during February touring South America Chile, Argentine, Uruguay and Brazil. We had many highlights and wonderful experiences all over but without a doubt our visit to Iguassu was the most memorable not just for the sight of the fantastic Falls but for the great tour guide Edir Dorneles who went out of his way to make our visit a really special and unforgettable experience. Edir is a very personable young man studying tourism and environmental subjects at university, working by day and studying by night. He was exceptionally friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable with a wonderful personality and he really made our tour very special taking us to the best viewing spots and just being full of information with nothing ever being to much trouble, he was without a doubt the finest example of what a tour guide should be and deserves to be successful in his future career in whichever direction it takes him. We were sorry to leave him after our two day visit and would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone seeking out a very special experience at a very special place no one will be disappointed.

Many thanks to you Edir for the wonderful time you allowed me and my family to spend at Foz do Iguassu. This will remain for ever a very special experience! (The kids made us promise to come back soon to the area and do even more tours with you.)

We had looked at lots of websites to visit the area, and I am glad we ended up touring with you. Everything was arranged so smoothly, with so much care and so efficiently (and so much more economically than through major travel agencies!) that I will recommend all our friends and colleagues heading to Iguassu Falls to contact you in priority.

By the way, we are very glad we followed your suggestion of visiting both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides of the falls instead of our original visit plans, which would have made us miss half the beauty. The Safari boat ride was absolutely great too!

We enjoyed the trip to the Iguassu-falls very much and of course also our guide Edir. He worked enthousiastly and discretely.
He gave us a good explication in a very good English. The program he made for us was realistic and good to reach for us. He told us also things about life and living in Brasil, about studying, working, … We appreciate also the extra organisation to the birdpark before our going back to the airport.
