It is a great place to explore, but without a private guide in Buenos Aires, you may miss something very important there! Palermo is one of the most attractive tourist landmarks in Buenos Aires. You can not call it a united region; on the contrary it is a group of several subdivisions surrounded in a certain area. The 3 de Febrero park is a place you definitely should visit, especially when all the flowers are in bloom.

The park is taken care of, and you would be amazed with the astonishing beauty of El Rosedal – the rose garden, a little nice lagoon, where you can rent a boat, and various green lawns, where you can participate in different sports actions and competitions. Afterwards we will move to Palermo Viejo. From its name it is obvious that it is the oldest part of the city.

This place is characterized with beautiful Spanish architecture, which sometimes is mixed with some modern elements. Palermo Viejo was the place where such famous and incentive figures as Che Guevara and Jorge Luis Borges lived. By the way, knife fights were quite usual for the old streets of Palermo. Nowadays it has become a dwelling for lots of writes and artists, who enjoy its unique atmosphere of history and calmness.

At the end of the week there is an exhibition in Old Palermo, where all the designers and artists demonstrate their works in Cortazar Square.  We usually continue our guided tours in Buenos Aires by exploring the region called Soho, where you can go shopping.
