By passing vivid Dubrovnik streets you'll hear when Dubrovnik was founded, how it kept its freedom through the centuries in turbulent Balkan area. How such a tiny Republic became an economy rival of a Venice and how Dubrovnik merchants (Roman-Catholics) did enormous trade (exchange of goods) with Ottoman empire.

We'll stop by Onofrio fountain (main public fountain from 15ct. aqueduct), enter the Franciscan monastery museum with pharmacy inventory from 14th ct, walk Dubrovnik main street Stradun, stop by Sponza palace, stop inside a Jewish street (ex ghetto), enter Dubrovnik Cathedral, stop by Rector's palace (former Dubrovnik Republic governmental building) and walk through Old City Harbour.

We will agree on meeting point where your tour is going to start, it is usually a Pile Gate - main touristic buses terminal, as it is also main stop for shuttle buses arriving form Cruise ship port, but also a main stop for taxi cars and Dubrovnik public buses transportation. I'll give you clear details where we're going to meet and there's no chance we miss each other (I'll also print a board with your name to help you recognize me).
