Argolis is one of the most famous tourist attractions in the whole Greece. There are lots of interesting archeological sights there, which attract thousands of tourists each year. We will start our guided tour in Athens from travelling along the coastal road of the Saronic Gulf. This way we will proceed to the Corinth Canal. It is a canal of high importance as far as it allows the ships to shorten their journey for at least 185 miles.  Then we will continue our private tour of Athens and move to the Ancient Mycenae. It is truly a great place to explore; you will be able to see the Cyclopean Walls, The Lion’s Gate, the famous museum and the Royal Tombs. You will have a unique opportunity to enter the tomb of the legendary king Agamemnon. After that we will proceed to the town which once was the capital of Greece – Nafplio. If you like adventures, you may try to climb all the 857 stair to the top. At this point we will have a break and try some delicious seaside meal cooked in a Greek style.

Before we return to Athens, we will visit one more place – the ancient theatre of Epidavros. It is well-known for its acoustics and that’s why it is still used during the summer for various performances.  This tour will give you a great opportunity to learn more about the history and culture of Greece.
