Member of Myanmar Birds and Nature Society,Member of Myanmar Hiking and Mountaineering Association, Executive Committee Member of Union of Myanmar Travel Association .
In 2002, International ECO Tourism Year,implemented to hold "seminar on Myanmar Hiking and Mountaineering Trip" in Yangon,Myanmar.

In 2006,Also organized "Workshop on Myanmar Tourist Guide Profile" in Mandalay, the second largest city in Myanmar and Coordinated the First ever Myanmar Tourist Guide Seminar for" Myanmar Tourism Development by Tourist Guide." in Yangon, Myanmar.
Visiting Lecturer at Myanmar Tourism School and Trainer at Golden Guide Travels and Tours Co., Ltd.

Had been Visited to Thai, ,Cambodia for Tourism Study .In 2006, Lead Myanmar representative to join UNESCO Cultural Heritage Specialist Guide Training and Train -the Trainer Workshop in LAO and Lead Myanmar delegation to Bali, Indonesia for The First ASEAN plus Three Tourism Students Summit in 2009 .
