We visit 'the best' of Budapest, the most remarquable art-nouveau, neo-renessaince and post-modern buildings like:
- The Museum of Applied Arts.
This Art Nouveau building was built between 1893 and 1896 by the plans of Ödön Lechner and Gyula Pártos. It is one of the most characteristic and most representative forms of Lechner's Hungarian architectural style, first of all appearing in the Hungarian folksy ceramics, including Zsolnay pottery and majolica, also showing Islamic and Hindu motives.
- St. Stephen's Basilica.

St Stephen's Basilica is an ecclesiastic basilica in Budapest, Hungary. It is named in honour of Stephen, the first King of Hungary. The architectural style is neoclassical and the interior is laid out in a Greek cross. The facade is anchored by two large bell towers. Visitors may access the dome by elevators or 364 stairs for a 360° view overlooking Budapest.
 - The Gresham Palace.
Gresham Palace is acclaimed as one of the best instances of Art Nouveau architecture in Central Europe. With the original details now amazingly restored - including stained glass, sweeping staircases, mosaics, ironwork and soaring winter-gardens.
- The Palace of Arts.
The Palace of Arts is located in Heroes' Square, facing the Museum of Fine Arts. It was built in 1895, by the plans of Albert Schickedanz and Fülöp Herzog, in eclectic-neoclassical style. As the greatest exhibition hall in Hungary, it exhibits representative works of art of Hungarian as well as other artists and it regularly organizes themed exhibitions

You will see the highlights of Budapest museums, the most valuable pieces of the National Gallery, the Museum of Fine-Arts, the History Museum. We can add your special interests: synagogues, little galleries.
