12 Days Shimshal Pass Trek is one of the famous and adventurous treks in Pakistan. After 3 Day trek, you will reach Shimshal Pass/Pamir. The views and rounding are breathtaking. There are two very huge lakes. Climbing a trekking Peak is another taste of adventure. You can see K2 8611m Broad Peak 8047m and many peaks on the Karakoram rane. You can see Yokshin Gardan, Dastgilsar, Passu Peak, Shispar Peak, and many other 7000m peaks. 

It’s a chance to see how the Shimshali people live and enjoy stunning views of the Karakoram mountains. From Shimshal Pass, you can see K2 (8,611 m) and other famous peaks. The trek offers beautiful rural scenes, amazing landscapes, exciting hiking, and the friendly hospitality of the people in Shimshal Valley. It’s considered one of the best treks globally, blending cultural experiences with the beauty of nature.

Itinerary

Day 1 Pakistan Arrival:

• Pickup from the airport & drive to the hotel.
• Dinner & night stay.

Day 2 Islamabad to Shimshal Valley

• Breakfast and drive to Islamabad Airport fly to Gilgit.
• Arrive at Gilgit breakfast & drive to Shimshal Valley.
• Lunch en route.
• Arrive at Shimshal Valley for dinner & night stay.

Day 3 Rest Day

• Today we will rest and walk around the village. Meet locals.
• Lunch and free time.
• This day is also reserve if the flight cancelled.
• Dinner & night stay

Day 4 Shimshal Valley to Gharsar

• Breakfast & today we start our trek towards Shimshal Pass.
• Lunch at Korband.
• Arrive at Gharsar for dinner & night stay. 

Day 5 Gharsar to Peryan Sar

• Breakfast & today we will enjoy the real teste of Shimshal Pass trek.
• Will stop for lunch at Voch Furzin. After lunch we will arrive at our camp site.
• Arrive at Peryan Sar for dinner & night stay.

Day 6 Peryan Sar to Shimshal Pass

• Breakfast & start trek towards Shujerab the 1st settlement old Shimshal valley.
• Lunch at Volyo Dasht.
• Arrive at Shimshal Pass dinner & night stay

Day 7 Rest & Walk around the lakes.

• Today we will rest at Shimshal Pass we will walk around the lake & Pasture.
• Dinner & night stay

Day 8 Shimshal Pass to Peryan Sar

• Breakfast & trek back to Peryan sar.
• Lunch en route.
• Arrive at Peryan sar dinner & night stay

Day 9 Peryan sar to Gharsar

• Breakfast & trek back to Gharsar.
• Lunch at Past Furzin.
• Arrive at Gharsar dinner & night stay.

Day 10 Gharsar to Gilgit

• Breakfast & trek back to Shimshal Valley.
• Arrive at Shimshal lunch & drive to Gilgit.
• Arrive at Gilgit in the evening for dinner & night stay.

Day 11 Gilgit to Islamabad

• Breakfast & drive back to Islamabad
• Lunch in route.
• Arrive at Islamabad for dinner & night stay

Day 12 Fly back.

• Breakfast & drop to the Islamabad International Airport as per your flight time.
• Fly back to your home destination.
