Had a tour with Andrei Compass Travel Romania) and his excellent guide Gelu for two days leaving from the port in Constanta through the countryside to Bucharest and back to the port.We were on a Black Sea cruise that ufortunately had to skip the major ports of the Ukraine alowing us an overnight in Constanta.
