You’ll get to see most of the historic sites in a course of a week and enjoy a cruise on Nile! This is a short overview of the tour:

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo and accommodation. You’ll have some free time after being transferred to your Cairo hotel. But don’t rush exploring the city as you’ll have many opportunities to do it in the coming days.

Day 2: Drive over to the most iconic place associated with Egypt – the Giza Necropolis – and explore the famous Great Pyramid of Giza. Afterwards, we’ll take it to the Saqqara Necropolis, which houses several older pyramids and served as the necropolis for the ancient capital, Memphis. The remains of the city itself will be our final destination during this day.

Day 3: Road to Aswan by train, where you’ll be accommodated in a hotel of choice, and taken to some of its attractions, including the Philae complex.

Day 4: This day will start very yearly, as you’ll be taken to the Abu Simbel complex, located in 300km south of Aswan. Afterwards you’ll embark on a cruise ship that will take you to Kom Ombo.

Day 5: Continuing the cruise, we’ll first visit the ancient temples of Kom Ombo and then head to Edfu for a stop there.

Day 6: Arriving to Luxor, you’ll be taken to the most remarkable sites at both banks of Nile River, including the Karnak complex and several tombs in the Valley of the Kings.

Day 7: Returning to Cairo for a detail tour of the capital, which includes an excursion of the Egyptian Museum, discovering the Saladin Citadel (Cairo Citadel) and its famous mosques, and some shopping time at the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar.

Day 8: Some spare time after the breakfast before airport departure.
