This nine-day package is one of the adventure-filled and comprehensive private tours in Egypt you will come across. This is a short overview of the activities you’ll enjoy:

Day 1:  Some leisure time in Cairo after arriving to the airport and getting to your hotel.

Day 2: Exploring the ancient wonders from morning until the late evening. First of all, we’ll visit the iconic Giza Necropolis and its gigantic pyramids. Next we’ll set out to the Saqqara Necropolis, where the oldest pyramids in Egypt have been constructed. And to conclude the day, we’ll visit the remains of the old capital, Memphis.

Day 3: Road to Aswan and accommodation. Visit to the gigantic High Dam and discovering the Philae Island’s temple complex.

Day 4: Get up very early in the morning for a several hour drive to Abu Simbel temples, where the well-preserved temple complex is located. In the afternoon your felucca tour starts with Kom Ombo set as the first destination of the vessel.

Day 5: A whole day dedicated to relaxing and admiring the views of Nile River while sailing on felucca.

Day 6: Short stops in Kom Ombo and Edfu to explore their respective temple complexes.

Day 7: A day in Luxor with overview visits to the Valley of the Kings, the two-piece Colossi of Memnon, and the temple complexes Karnak and Luxor.

Day 8: Back to the capital for a city tour that includes an excursion in the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities, then a walk in the Saladin Citadel (Cairo Citadel) with visits to local mosques, and shopping trip to the Khan el-Khalili Bazaar.

Day 9: Spare time and relaxation at the hotel prior to airport departure.
